NTP, Official IPv6 Rollout Begins

Affiliate/tenant Whitestone Power has been testing IPv6 since 2015, and is now officially rolling it out to customers.

Heritage NetWorks and WPC are now providing GPS-clocked Stratum 1 network time servers (NTP) on the IXP.
